"Following my session with you on Tuesday, just to say how very calm yet energised I felt the next day, having slept very well the night before (I don't usually achieve good sleep). 

I feel that the session with you cleansed me somewhat - I certainly felt lighter yet more grounded. 

It was interesting that you noted the deep heartfelt fear - once this had been highlighted I was able to see/acknowledge that my whole life has been based on fear for one reason or another and this will hopefully help me to move forward".

I slept so well for a change and felt so still and quiet inside I didn't manage to get out of bed till noon! I think more than anything I feel "held".
